Step 1: email kathryn@needlesandpins.ca    with item(s), quantities and colours you wish to order.  Please provide your Postal/Zip code and telephone number, including area code.  For your own security do NOT email your credit card number. 

Step 2: We will verify quantities we have  in stock and the shipping and handling amount and will email this back to you.

Step 3: When you confirm your order, we will get your credit card information from you.

Step 4: We will ship the order out to you as soon as possible after we receive your credit card number (see below).  For faster service please call the store at 519-642-3445 to place your order.
 

Delivery Schedule: In stock items will ship as soon as possible. 

Credit cards will not be debited until dispatch of order and confirmation of the total (including shipping) by the customer.

Shipping:  Needles & Pins Inc. ships Canada Post Xpresspost or Expedited, insured.  The minimum charge for this service is  around $12.00 outside of Canada.  Orders under $20.00 may be subject to a $5.00 handling charge.

Back Orders:  If your item is not in stock, we will make every attempt to get the product for you.  Please remember this can take time.
